How fast does M II ship the item ?
Most orders are shipped between 3-5 working days after the order is confirmed. Usually orders are delivered within 4-7 business days (India). Monday to Friday are considered as workings days except for public holidays.
Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.
How do we deliver the orders ?
We deliver your orders through India speed post service for India Customers, India post international registered mail service for International Customers.
Orders shipped outside India can be delivered only between 15-28 days after shipping.
Do orders qualify for Free Shipping ?
India: All orders within India do qualify for free shipping. If in case additional shipping fee to be paid for an item, we will
Outside India: International Shipping rates vary depending on the destination country, we will calculate shipping cost during the checkout process, and your order will be completed only after you confirm the shipping cost displayed on screen.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, the tracking ID and our courier partner tracking details are sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner’s website and enter the tracking ID we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

Return & Replacement

You are covered under ‘fix or refund’ return policy. If the product arrived damaged or in a condition different from the pictures and description we have published, you can get 100% refund against your purchase. please inform us about the return within 7 days after you receive it. You don’t need to deliver back to us within 7 days, just inform us about the return requirement. Make sure you don’t make any modifications or alterations to the product. We will send you 100% payment + reverse shipping cost by India speed post.
Instead of refund, You have the option to ask for a replacement with the correct product as per it is published on our website. Refund or replacement is the buyer’s choice.
2) If you have received a completely different product from us, mainly due to human error, we can either give you a 100% refund or replace the product with the correct one (provided the originally ordered item is still available). You don’t need to deliver back to us within 7 days, just inform us only. Just make sure you don’t make any modifications or alterations to the product. Exchange :
Once we deliver a correct product as per the description and pictures, we are unable to accept an exchange request.
How do I return a product?
Step 1
If your purchase meets our return or refund criteria as stated above, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
– Order number
– Specify the reason for the return, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at [email protected]
STEP 2
We prefer that you return the item through India post . Please put the Product in its original packaging and seal it well and send it across. Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the inserts, are intact at the time of return.
STEP 3
Once the product reaches our office, we will inspect the product and once our inspection team confirms that the product received is in acceptable condition, or as per reported condition for the refund or return claim, we will process the return request case on case basis.
Cancellations
M II has a very open cancellation policy. Buyer can cancel an order anytime until it is shipped (usually 2 days after order) to the address mentioned in the order form.
Once the item is shipped, no cancellation is possible, only our return & replacement terms will apply.
